📌 Digital Services & Reports
- All astrology reports, consultations, and remedies are custom-prepared for each client based on their birth details.
- As these are personalized digital services, once delivered, they cannot be returned or resold.
- Therefore, no refunds will be issued after the service or report has been delivered.
📌 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- If the service was not delivered within the committed time frame.
- If there was a technical error resulting in non-receipt of your digital report or consultation.
- If you were charged more than once for the same service (duplicate payment).
📌 Process for Refund
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
